Traditional tiled floors, whitewashed walls, exposed beams and colourful fabrics create a real French country feel for your vacation rental at 'Vineyard Vistas'. A charming, beamed house on three levels, it has been restored to a high standard, retaining the character whilst carefully incorporating all modern day comforts.

On the top floor there's a large, bright sitting room with exposed beams and a magnificent view. French doors lead from the sitting room to an enormous, south-east facing sunny terrace, with stunning 300 degree views of mountains and vineyards. Equipped with sun lounges and dining setting, it's perfect for meals and sunbathing. (NB: some of the stairs up to the sitting room from the kitchen are irregular in size).

On the next floor are two bedrooms. The spacious double bedded room is decorated in Provencal fabric of blue and yellow, the twin bedded room in burgundy Toile de Jouy traditional print. There is a second WC also on this level. The delightful kitchen/ dining room has lots of charm with exposed beams, blue and white tiles and enormous old fireplace. An efficient wood burning stove provides warmth and ambience for cold weather.

The spacious bathroom, with separate shower and bath, two washbasins and WC, is on the ground floor.  From the utilities area, doors lead to the pretty garden protected by an ancient stone wall.  Quality equipment includes a washing machine, microwave, Satellite TV with UK and European channels, 2 bikes for adults, Gas BBQ, Radio/CD/Cassette player (some CDs & Cassettes provided).

Parking is available in a small square approximately 300 ft (1 minute) from the house and you can stop outside the house to load/unload your car.

SOME QUOTES FROM VISITORS TO VINEYARD VISTAS

We came in search of the scene in the brochure.  The camera does not lie!!  We have sampled the delights of Péret and the surrounding countryside, the hustle and bustle of Montpellier, the unusual coastline.  But the memory which will linger on is of your charming French house in a friendly village in the Languedoc.

Just delightful, loved every minute of our stay.  Great base to go off and explore this fantastic part of the country….  This stay will be remembered for ever, the people (very friendly), the drinks and dinner on the terrace with the birds and the views.

We really enjoyed our stay in Péret.  The weather was perfect and staying in a small village among the vineyards gave us the best opportunity to soak in the local ambience and culture of the area.  The comforts and convenience of your house made the experience all that much more enjoyable.  We'll certainly recommend you to anyone thinking about such a trip and hopefully we'll be able to do it again ourselves sometime.
