Enjoy a relaxing holiday in comfort in this spacious Villa to sleep 6, with the option of the Guest House also, to sleep a total of 11 people.

NB: IF THE VILLA ONLY IS BOOKED, THE GUEST HOUSE WILL NOT BE OCCUPIED.

The villa is set in its own walled grounds of 2500 sq m.  it is well equipped, and all furnishings and fittings are of superior quality.  Entry to the property is by remote-controlled gate and there is plenty of parking on the premises.  There are superb views of mountains and vineyards from the house, pool and grounds.

The 10m x 5m private pool, 1m-1.6 m deep, is entered by four steps.  It is surrounded by an enormous, tiled terrace and the principal rooms of the villa open on to the terrace.   The pool has an alarm for safety and there’s plenty of outdoor furniture for sun bathing and al fresco dining, with a BBQ.

The property consists of a spacious villa of 135 sq m. with three bedrooms to sleep 6 and separate guest house with two bedrooms to sleep 5.

THE VILLA

The villa is elegantly and comfortably furnished with a large sitting room with dining area and glass sliding doors opening to the terrace.  The well equipped kitchen has a dining setting plus breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge, glass cook top, wall oven, microwave, electric jug etc.  A sliding glass door opens to the pool terrace

The master bedroom suite has a double bed, and a glass sliding door to the terrace.  The ensuite, full-sized, tiled bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, double washbasins, WC. 

For your entertainment, there is a DVD and CD player, i-Pod Docking and speaker system, TV with satellite (free to air UK channels, ie BBC 1,2,3,4, ITV 1,2,3,4 and numerous others), plus a second TV with video player and Wi Fi connection NB: WiFi is supplied under the proviso that support may not be available in the event of problems.

Some DVDs, audio tapes and CDs are provided plus a mobile air conditioning unit.

IMPORTANT: The sitting room, kitchen and master bedroom have French doors opening on to the terrace directly to the pool.  This may not be suitable for young children.

The utilities room is equipped with washing machine, laundry tub, iron, ironing board plus a large upright freezer.  All bedrooms have fans.  Cot for a baby and high chair available.

The pool is fully maintained for you during your stay so all you have to do is relax and enjoy! 

THE GUEST HOUSE is 9 metres from the pool terrace.  It has its own 94sq m patio with BBQ.  It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk bends plus trundle bed.  The double bedroom has a TV with English Satellite channels.

 

The sitting room has two leather sofas and wall-mounted television (English Satellite) and DVD player.  The fully-fitted modern kitchen, has dining table, washing machine, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, hob and oven.  There’s a large fully-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

 

Air conditioning, heating and dehumidifying system (in the guest house only).

 

THE VILLAGE:

Only a one-minute walk from the villa, the village and has a grocery store, boulangerie and wine co-operative, also a tennis court which anyone may use free of charge.  The village bar/restaurant is just a short distance down the road.  Other restaurants in neighbouring villages and the lively market towns of Clermont l'Hérault and Pézenas; both about 15 minutes' drive.  Excellent walking in the nearby hills.
