Villa Malaika is beautifully located in a private situation on its own land of 2900 sq m on the outskirts of the medieval village of Aspiran. Surrounded by gardens and fragrant pine trees, the villa comprises of 130 sq m of living space. Entrance to the property is via a driveway with remotely controlled electric gate and a video intercom. *Wifi is available if you bring your own computer.

Charming gardens all around the villa have established trees and flowering plants. Escape the afternoon heat to a lazy hammock amongst the sweetly scented pines surrounding the villa. There is plenty of parking on the premises, with a shaded car port.

The 12m x 6m pool is completely private and not overlooked. It is 1.55m deep, accessed by a step at one end, a ladder at the other end. There are sun loungers with plenty of space for sunbathing, a cover for safety and an outdoor shower.

The terrace of 120 sq m has a round glass dining table for meals with 8 Provencal chairs, a large, retractable awning for shade when required and two big sun parasols.

A BBQ, further al fresco dining area and grassy area give a choice of perfect outdoor living requirements in sun or shade for a relaxing holiday.

On the ground floor are the air-conditioned sitting room with TV with some English channels and radio stations, CD/DVD player, a large dining room and the master bedroom. All of these rooms open to the delightful, flower filled terrace and the pool.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofas; the dining room has seating for 6-8 people.

Well equipped, the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The utilities room houses the washing machine.

With a king size bed, the air-conditioned master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, hand washbasin and WC, TV and DVD player, plus a dressing room.

There is a guest powder room also on the ground floor.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with TV and CD/DVD player, each has a queen size bed, one has air-conditioning, the other is equipped with a fan. There is a shower room with WC and hand washbasin on this level.
