Les Oleanders is a ground floor studio apartment with a swimming pool shared with the retired English owner and occasionally a guest or two. It is situated in the tranquil village of Jonquières, near the market town of Gignac.

The property is situated in its own, gated rounds with a well established garden and plenty of parking.

The studio, 25 sq metres in total, is fully self-contained with kitchen, sitting area (sofa), double bed and ensuite bathroom, plus another bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which is separate to the studio and has its own independent entrance. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, cooker/microwave/grill, coffee making machine, etc. and use of a washing machine.

For your entertainment, there's a BBQ, two adult sized bikes, boules, a flat screenTV in both the independent bedroom and studio (French channels) and DVD player.

The independent bedroom with ensuite shower room, is approx 18 sq m. It has a double bed; a single bed can be provided for this bedroom if two beds are required.

There is a private terrace, 28 sq m, for dining outside the studio, plus a smaller terrace outside the independent bedroom, close to the pool.

The secluded pool is 9 x 4 m, 1m-2m in depth and has a shallow ‘baby’ pool 3 x 2 m, 50 cms deep.

Plenty of outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers, ample, gated parking for two cars or more.
