This bright and sunny apartment is attached to a recently built villa owned by a retired English couple.  They live in the main part of the villa and will be as discreet or friendly as you wish.   The apartment is completely self-contained and has it’s own entrance and private parking.  Situated on a hill above the village, it enjoys wonderful views over the countryside and neighbouring villages.  The swimming pool (8 x 4, 1.20-1.50 in depth) is set in the terraced garden and has an alarm for safety.  it is shared with the owners.

Comfortable and well furnished, the apartment has been decorated with care in the style and sunny blue and yellow colours of the south of France.   Fittings and fixtures are of a high standard.

The open plan living area comprises a well equipped kitchen with full oven and cooktop (hot plates), microwave, fridge, washing machine, drip filter coffee machine, granite work top and a light, comfortable sitting/dining area with French doors opening to a terrace overlooking the garden, the pool and the view.

Both bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two singles - are well furnished with wardrobes, etc.  and look out across the private tree-lined drive.

The fully tiled shower room has a shower and hand washbasin.  There is a separate WC with second hand washbasin.

etc, plus DVD and CD player, radio/cassette player.  BBQ provided for guests’ use.
Electric heaters in all rooms.  A cot for a baby can be provided.

THE VILLAGE:

Campagnan is a small village less than 30 minutes' drive to the coast.  St Pargoire (2 kms) and the larger village of Paulhan (4 kms) both have restaurants and shops, and there are other restaurants in nearby villages.  The market towns of Gignac and historic Pézenas are a 15-minute drive, both with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. plus excellent weekly street markets.
